Operations Manager
£30,000 – £40,000

This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in an innovative social enterprise providing high quality primary care. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer care for our 15,000 patients and promoting their involvement. You will lead our reception and administration teams across our four practices in Salford and implement our change management programme to improve efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes.

This is a key role in our new business structure and requires an exceptional candidate. You will have a strong track record of leading front-line teams to achieve excellent customer care – you will motivate and inspire staff to provide the best patient experience. You will provide the firm foundations upon which we will grow our business – taking on new GP practices and broaden our range of services.

You will have designed and implemented systems and process in public facing organisations. It is not essential to have NHS experience but you must be able to get to grips quickly with the systems used in general practice.
